All Rates add 11% Tax, $60.00 cleaning fee and

7 nights = 1 week
28 nights = 1 month
Rates are based on 1-4 people. Additional people are $10 per person per night, plus tax.
6 person maximum per unit.
ONE WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD.
Additional nights will be pro-rated.
A $225 deposit is required to insure reservation. A 30 day WRITTEN NOTICE of cancellation is required for a refund of your deposit. ALL CANCELLATIONS will be charged a $35 handling fee.
